Is this Course for Me?

This course is for you if you received a reckless or aggressive driving ticket and your lawyer or judge told you to complete a 12-Hour Reckless and Aggressive Driver Education Program. It’s commonly required for reckless driving charges, excessive speeding, aggressive driving offenses, or as part of a plea agreement or court order.

Will I Receive Positive Points

Is this Court Approved?

Yes, this course is approved by the Virginia courts.

How do I Receive My Certificate?

Your certificate is issued immediately after completion and sent by email as a digital PDF, ready to submit to the court.

Do You Update the DMV?

The course is regulated by the courts, not the DMV, so DMV notification is not required.

I Don't Have a Virginia License. Is That Okay?

That's okay. You do not need a Virginia license. You just need to provide some form of ID. 

What if I Fail?

Quizzes may be retaken as many times as needed. To date, we've never had a student unable to pass the exam.
