This course is for you if you received a reckless or aggressive driving ticket and your lawyer, a judge, or the Virginia DMV told you to complete a 12-Hour Reckless and Aggressive Driver Education Program. It’s commonly required for reckless driving charges, excessive speeding, aggressive driving offenses, or as part of a plea agreement or court order.

Yes, if you have not already gone to court for your ticket and have not received positive points from a Virginia Driver Improvement Clinic within the past 2 years, completing this course will add +5 safe driving points to your Virginia DMV record.

Yes, this course is DMV-certified and Virginia court-approved.

Your certificate is issued immediately after completion and sent by email as a digital PDF, ready to submit to the court.

Yes, after you complete the course, we electronically notify the Virginia DMV of your completion.

A Virginia license is not required. You just need to provide an ID; however, points will not be added to your license. It's recommended that you only take the 12-Hour RADEP course  for $119.95. 

Quizzes may be retaken as many times as needed. To date, we've never had a student unable to pass the exam.
